Wellness

Wellness is a term used to indicate balance with ourselves and all areas of life. Often times as you focus on improving one aspect of your life, other areas follow suit. The process is not a simple one and sometimes requires assistance. Certified Wellness Practitioners are individuals that help assess needs and subsequently design and implement interventions to help with this process.

As your Wellness Practitioner, Christina will help you:

  • Understand and assess the Wellness Dimensions in your life.
  • Create goals to achieve balance within identified Wellness Dimensions.
  • Reach your optimal health potential by designing a personalized exercise program with emphasis on prevention activities.
  • Calculate appropriate calorie range as determined by height, weight and age - complete with nutrient breakdown.
  • Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, you will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

    What to expect from your program:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month for 4 months.
  • Email support between sessions.
  • Healthy recipes.
  • Ongoing support and guidance for goal implementation.
  • Handouts to increase nutritional and exercise knowledge.
  • Accountability.
  • To decide if health and wellness coaching is right for you, we invite you to schedule an initial consultation with Christina. During this session, you will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how New Self can best support you in achieving your goals.

    Cost: $200 member ($25/session) | $280 non-member ($35/session)
