The Biggest Loser competition is an opportunity for New Self
to help you with those lifestyle changes. We
will set realistic goals and help you with changes to your diet
and exercise regime. This is not the same as dieting. This is
a lifestyle change that you should continue for the rest of your
life. We want to provide you with the tools to make that happen!
In addition, we will discuss the mental and emotional issues
that affect weight gain - and loss - and help you identify what
you need to address to successfully achieve and maintain a healthy
weight. The mental aspects of weight loss greatly affect success,
so this opportunity for self-exploration will be key in your Biggest
Loser journey with New Self!
While it may seem a little odd, the New Self goal is not simply
to get you to lose weight. The goal is to establish your ideal
weight and implement the lifestyle changes necessary for you to
become your very best. This will take a lot of hard work and determination
on your part, a lot of sweat and maybe a few tears, but anything
worth achieving is worth working hard for. We look forward to
